Formal recruitment is in the Spring Semester, usually the third weekend of January. During formal recruitment, Potential New Members explore all the Panhellenic Council organizations found on the LMU campus, allowing them to find their true home.

What is the GPA requirement for DZ?

In order to be eligible for recruitment for all of LMU, Potential New Members need a GPA minimum of 2.5. Delta Zeta requires their members to maintain a GPA minimum of 2.7 to remain in good standing in the eyes of the sorority.

How much does it cost?

The New Member dues are around $800 (for the first semester after recruitment). Each semester after is $400. LMU Greek Life offers financial aid scholarships to individuals who qualify.
Do the chapters at LMU have houses?

As a result of the housing law in the area around LMU, there are no Greek houses for any chapter here at LMU.

What is your hazing policy?

Delta Zeta recognizes that the effects of hazing can have serious, negative long-term effects on members. Hazing is a crime, and it is not tolerated in our organization. Delta Zeta upholds a strict, anti-hazing policy through our national affiliation and through LMU.
